Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the consultancy services provided by VHC Consulting. By engaging our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Services Provided

VHC Consulting provides consultancy services including but not limited to:

  • CQC registration support 
  • Sponsor licence application support 
  • Policies and procedures development 
  • Mock inspections and compliance audits 
  • Staff training and documentation support 
  • Business planning and operational support 

All services will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Consultancy Fees and Payment

  • A deposit may be required before work begins. 
  • The remaining balance must be paid as agreed in the service agreement. 
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. 
  • Consultancy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. 
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately. 

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information 
  • Provide required documents in a timely manner 
  • Respond to communications promptly 
  • Implement advice and recommendations where appropriate 
  • Ensure they comply with all legal and regulatory requirements 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the client failing to provide required information.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and documents will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission, unless required by law.

6. Compliance and Regulatory Approval

While we provide expert guidance and support, VHC Consulting cannot guarantee:

  • CQC registration approval 
  • Sponsor licence approval 
  • Inspection ratings 
  • Business success 

Final decisions are made by regulatory bodies such as the CQC and the Home Office.

7. Limitation of Liability

[Your Consultancy Name] will not be liable for:

  • Any business losses 
  • Loss of income or contracts 
  • Regulatory refusal decisions 
  • Delays caused by third parties 
  • Client failure to implement advice 

Our liability is limited to the value of the consultancy fees paid.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients must provide written notice if they wish to cancel services. 
  • Deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for. 
  • If we cancel services, a refund will be provided for work not yet completed. 

9. Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, policies, and materials provided by VHC Consulting  remain our intellectual property and are for the client’s internal business use only. They must not be shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.

10. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws. Client data will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing consultancy services.

11. Complaints Procedure

If a client is not satisfied with our services, they should submit a complaint in writing. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By signing a service agreement or making payment for services, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
